About

The grouping focuses on global, ambitious, sustainable and exemplary renovations that reduce energy consumption by 35% to 95%, mainly for offices, schools & sports facilities. To achieve this, renovations must relate to the energy production and distribution equipment (heating, ventilation, re-lighting, renewable solutions,) and to the building envelope.

A one-stop shop, RenoClick, provides shared services for auditing, engineering, contracting services & works (via a central purchasing office) or assistance in accessing financing tools like specific subsidy. By 2040, D-Click should result in investments of €1,069 million to renovate 305 buildings. The IC developed for municipalities in Brussels can undoubtedly inspire other European cities wishing to renovate their public buildings using a common facilitator.
